Any resident of Massachusetts who is also:


    •    A U.S. citizen
    •    18 Years old by the next election day

Where can I register to vote?

You can register to vote in person at any town's election office. In the 10th Norfolk District this is at the town clerks offices. Use the links below for directions and other information from the towns clerks web sites.

Mail-in Registration

To obtain a mail-in registration form Click Here or call 617-727-2828 or 1-800-462-VOTE and a form will be sent to you. Mail the completed form to your local city or town hall. You should receive a confirmation notice in 2 to 3 weeks. If you do not, please contact your local election office to verify your voting status.

Register at the nearest Registry of Motor Vehicles

You may also register at your nearest Registry of Motor Vehicles location. You can register to vote or update your voter registration information when you apply for, renew, or request a duplicate driver's license and have filled out the appropriate "Voter Registration" section of the form. Keep your "motor voter receipt" until you receive confirmation from your local election official. If you do not receive any confirmation, please contact your local election office to verify your voting status.
